How long have you been in business?

We have been in business in various forms for over 15 years, BX Hosting is realtively new, but our experience in streaming and managed services is extensive.

Do you offer any money back guarantee?

We only offer a money back guarantee on the first 30 days of service, after that any returns will be in the form of credits.

Do you offer any free trial for new users?

We offer 14 day free trials for all streaming serevices, please visit our streaming pages for more information. We do offer free trials of our managed services as well, please contact us for more information.

Will my services be setup immediately?

All audio and video streaming services will be setup instantly. Managed services require a manual setup due to the customized nature of the services.

What payment methods do you currently accept?

We currently accept PayPal, and credit cards through stripe. We are also working on accepting crypto currencies, stay tuned for this!

Do you offer any discounts for bulk orders?

Unfortunatly we do not at this time, however arrangments for bulk orders can be made, please contact us for more information.

What other services do you offer?

We do offer custom hourly billed services to meet your managed IT needs. We also offer custom packages depending on need.

The best way to reach us is to open a ticket in the user account area. You can also reach us via email, and if you want to chat directly with a support representative, we have a discord server where our support and friends hang out.
